Sue Ann Rogers will travel to the Governor’s Mansion on April 26, 2023 for the S.C. Teacher of the Year “Gala in the Garden”. The event is also known as the “Academy Awards” of teaching. The event will celebrate public education in South Carolina and will host other district Teachers of the Year, legislators, business leaders, and community members to acknowledge the importance of the teaching profession. Ms. Rogers has served as an ambassador of education for both our school and district, and we are exceptionally proud to have someone of her caliber as a part of our staff.
