The SC DHEC has updated its statutory School and Childcare Exclusion List to reflect the latest isolation and quarantine guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We strongly encourage families and educators to review these changes as students and staff return to school.

For those students and staff who were exposed (close contact) to someone with COVID-19:
Quarantine can end after Day 5 if a viral test is negative AND if no symptoms were reported during daily symptom monitoring.
